The TDS Proteus second stage is a compensated second stage, with inspiratory effort regulator, venturi control to prevent continuous flow and a chrome ring.
TDS stages are sold separately so that experienced divers can assemble the necessary configuration for their type of diving. But it is imperative that they are well trained to do so, otherwise dangerous situations may be incurred.
